Off Road Adventure Safaris is concerned to ensure that our services meet your expectations. Our brochures and web-site are written to describe our services accurately and we also try to capture the emotions of an outback experience.
Off Road Adventure Safaris has an enviable reputation for the professionalism and performance of its support and guiding staff and the quality and reliability of its equipment. However, our safaris do operate in remote and rugged regions where facilities and services are either very limited or non-existent.
Despite our very best endeavours and extensive preventative measures, weather or road conditions, safety or operational issues, injury or illness, or electrical / mechanical failure can sometimes occur and cause disruption. In any of these circumstances, your guide will communicate with the group, explore alternatives and reach a considered decision, bearing in mind your safety and your best interests.
Sometimes these events may cause delays, inconvenience, itinerary changes and discomfort; these are risks and sacrifices that Off Road Adventure Safaris specifically asks its customers to accept in their pursuit of 4WD adventure and the natural and cultural experiences that waits in the remote and rugged regions of Australia.
In any event, Off Road Adventure Safaris reserves the right to alter or cancel any section of the itinerary it deems necessary at its sole discretion without refund or any compensation whatsoever. Other issues which you should be aware of include:
